1. Warranty Coverage

Nautic Marine provides the following warranty on all inflatable boats:

1.1 PVC & Hypalon Tubes

• 3-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal recreational use.

1.2 What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to:
• Tube seams and fabric (PVC or Hypalon)
• Manufacturing faults relating directly to the construction or bonding of the tubesA
• Structural defects that prevent proper operation of the inflatable boat

1.3 What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:
• General wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration
• Damage caused by misuse, improper inflation, neglect, or accidental damage
• UV fading, abrasions, or colour changes due to environmental exposure
• Damage resulting from commercial use, rental use, racing, or modifications
• Punctures, cuts, or damage caused by sharp objects
• Damage caused by improper storage or transport
• Improper cleaning chemicals or solvents
• Any repairs carried out by a non-approved repairer

2. Warranty Claim Requirements

To lodge a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A description of how and when the issue occurred

Nautic Marine reserves the right to request further evidence if needed.

3. Repair Procedure

3.1 Location for Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs must be carried out exclusively at the Nautic Marine warehouse located in Coomera, Queensland.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering transport of the boat to and from our Coomera warehouse.
Nautic Marine does not offer mobile repairs, onsite service, or freight reimbursement for warranty claims.

3.2 Repair Assessment

Once the boat arrives at our warehouse:
• A technician will inspect the product
• Warranty validity will be confirmed
• Repairs will be completed using approved materials and processes

If the issue is not covered under the warranty, Nautic Marine will provide a quote for non-warranty repair prior to any work being done.

3.3 Timeframe

Repair times vary depending on workload, parts availability, and the severity of the issue. Nautic Marine does not guarantee a specific turnaround time but aims to complete repairs as efficiently as possible.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

• This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Warranty does not cover any consequential loss, including loss of use, transport costs, or downtime.
• Altering, modifying, or repairing the boat without Nautic Marine’s approval voids the warranty.
• Warranty is valid only when the boat is used for private, recreational purposes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Proper inflation according to manufacturer guidelines
• Correct storage, including protection from sun and weather
• Using the boat within recommended weight and performance limits
• Regular maintenance and cleaning

Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
